about

This was the very first song that I recorded for the album way back in 2007. I wanted to do a high energy track as the opening joint and I happened to come across a Gospel sample that I thought could work. I took it to J.J. Malone and he made the beat for me in a couple of hours. I remember writing the rhymes whilst watching a U.F.C. fight so that's what I used to channel my aggression. There is no deep science to this song; its just hard beats and hard rhymes.
